Free poker is played in the Club’s Function room every Sunday from 5pm. Prizes include Club Reward Dollars.
Courtesy Bus
The Club operates a free courtesy bus for members and their guests. It operates from 5pm every day until close and within a 5km radius of the Club. Why drive when you can be driven? To book your pick up, call the driver direct on 0412 593 444.
Member's Badge Draw
The Member's Badge Draw jackpots to $10,000 and is drawn every Wednesday and Sunday evening between 7pm and 9pm.
Rules and Conditions
In addition to the Conditions set out by the Department of Gaming and Racing the following approved rules and conditions apply: -
q A Members badge Draw will be held twice per week, those days being, Wednesday and Sunday between 7pm – 9pm respectively.
q Both draws will operate in conjunction with each other in terms of the Jackpot amount.
q Start- up monies will be $1,000, jack-potting by $300 per draw date up to a maximum of $10,000.
q There will be up to three draws of four minutes duration per night for the Jackpot amount. When the current Jackpot amount is claimed in any of the three draws the Jackpot amount will revert back to the start up amount for the next days draw. Once a Jackpot is claimed, no further draws will be conducted on that particular day.
q After the Jackpot reaches $10,000 and it remains at that level for a three-week period (2 Draw nights per week) without being claimed, on the first draw night of the fourth week the draw will be conducted in the following manner.
q There will be three draws for the $10,000. If the prize is not claimed during the three draws, then a series of five draws for $2,000 each will be made from a barrel of computer generated entry coupons.
q Entry coupons will be generated when the member swipes their membership card in the foyer terminal any time during that particular day. The member must then place this entry coupon into the barrel provided. Entry coupons will be generated up until 8.30pm on the night of the draw only, for what may be if required the five $2,000 draws.
q If the five draws are required to be conducted and any of the member’s who’s entry coupons are drawn, are no longer in attendance and come forward within four minutes to claim their prize, then the draw will be repeated until all five $2,000 amounts have been claimed.
q Each member present is only entitled to claim one of the five draws for $2,000.
q If present in the Club at the time of the draw, holders of the Membership Numbers (Cards / Badges) either side of the numbers drawn may come forward and claim a ‘Rewards Dollars’ voucher to use in the Club or associated business to the value of $50.00.
q Only financial and life members as at the date of each draw, are eligible to participate in the draw.
q Any employee or contract employee of West Pennant Hills Sport Club Limited is ineligible to claim any prize on offer.
q The member who’s number is drawn must be present in the Clubhouse at the time of the draw, which may be anytime between 7 – 9pm.
q The member must then within a four (4) minute period from the announcement come forward and claim their prize by producing their current financial membership card (badge).
